Before I got in touch with Goodchilds Walsall finding an agent that truly understood my needs had been really difficult. In fact I had some quite negative experiences with a couple of agents. When I spoke to Martin he totally understood what was required and the best ways to take my quite unique property to market. He restored my confidence that my property could be sold at an attractive sale price. Nicky dealt with my sale on a day to day basis and was also brilliant. She was patient (as I was new to the sales process), always approachable and professional. Nikki is a credit to the team. Becky was the estate agent that I was dealing with throughout the whole process. She was pleasant and very friendly. We encountered some issues but Becky was more than helpful and could contact her at anytime for any queries. She would follow up everything so quickly and respond back to me in minutes, whether this be via phone or email. She is wonderful and the company and Becky did everything to ensure I had a smooth sale when purchasing for the first time. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to have dealt with. Our journey to purchasing a property was a long and arduous one but Goodchilds Bloxwich's service was first class. We were purchsing a property through Goodchilds and Nikki updated us regularly. In the end i'd contact her rather than the agent i was selling my home with. They made excellent suggestions around the sale of my property including marketing it as well as my current provider. Martin who did the valuation was excellent and helped in a tough period when we lost our first buyer. They always seemed to act on behalf of the seller professionally but without this affecting me or the level of service i received as a buyer. I highly recommend Goodchilds Bloxwich. Good service and a friendly but professional team. I dont plan on moving again but i'd definately use Goodchilds should i do so. Thanks again.
