Becky was the estate agent that I was dealing with throughout the whole process. She was pleasant and very friendly. We encountered some issues but Becky was more than helpful and could contact her at anytime for any queries. She would follow up everything so quickly and respond back to me in minutes, whether this be via phone or email.
