Before I got in touch with Goodchilds Walsall finding an agent that truly understood my needs had been really difficult. In fact I had some quite negative experiences with a couple of agents. When I spoke to Martin he totally understood what was required and the best ways to take my quite unique property to market. He restored my confidence that my property could be sold at an attractive sale price. Nicky dealt with my sale on a day to day basis and was also brilliant. She was patient (as I was new to the sales process), always approachable and professional. Nikki is a credit to the team. I definately feel I couldn't have got my house sale to the finish line without Martin, Nikki and the team. Goodchilds Walsall’s fantastic customer service, professionalism, sound advice and honesty throughout this process are streets ahead of the rest! An estate agent you can really trust to get the job done!

Becky was the estate agent that I was dealing with throughout the whole process. She was pleasant and very friendly. We encountered some issues but Becky was more than helpful and could contact her at anytime for any queries. She would follow up everything so quickly and respond back to me in minutes, whether this be via phone or email. She is wonderful and the company and Becky did everything to ensure I had a smooth sale when purchasing for the first time. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to have dealt with. Highly recommend good child’s and Becky!!!

I found the team extremely helpful and friendly, they made appointments for veiwings for my convenience they were there beforehand to give me the details of the veiwings .
