Hello Emma I am extremely sorry to read your feedback and can only apologise you feel you were treated unfairly by myself and Movenowproperties. I would however like to point out a few facts to those reading our reviews. You signed a 6 months tenancy for a property we had to let. On month 4 you advised you wished to break your contract and move out. As a gesture of goodwill from the landlord we re-advertised the property so we could find a new tenant to move in allowing you to break your contract once a new tenancy commenced. Unfortunately you did not commit to your tenancy agreement and you did not make your final rental payment on month 4 or 5. I tried contacting yourself and your guarantor on several occasions as you couldn't make a payment arrangement. Once you handed your keys back we agreed if you couldn't make your final rental payment the amount would be deducted from your bond. With regards to the property inspection I am very confused as we only carried out 2 properties inspection in the 5 months you lived there. One at 6 weeks into your tenancy and another at the end of your tenancy which was a final property inspection. As part of our service to our landlords is to carry out a property inspection after the first 6 weeks of your tenancy then at the end of each tenancy agreement / renewal unless there is cause for concern on the initial inspection. According to our records you never reported any problems but we would however like to hear from you about these so we can make sure they are not ongoing to effect any future tenants or problems to the property.
