It's not fair on someone who's trying to look for a property and I've been doing this for nearly two years. And I don't think it's very fair that you don't get accepted for a property because the landlord doesn't like people on benefits. And that's what it feels like. But if they don't want to give someone a chance to prove themselves, how are they meant to prove themselves? But it feels like you're getting classified as thethey need to work on their landlords and know how long you have to wait, I nearly waited six weeks for a property. And the landlord couldn't even make up his mind who he wanted and I don't think that was fair on me never get a chance to have a property, never get a chance with this company they just don't like people on benefits. I'm very disappointed, very upset. And I feel like I've been let down. And if this company carries on the way they're treating people, I am just going to report it to the council.

Thank you to Movenowproperties for handling the sale of my flat. I really can't speak highly enough of Jack. I have read previous reviews where he has provided a high level of customer service, and I can confirm they are all true. There were a few delays which were out of movenowproperties control, but Jack constantly requested updates from solicitors, made frequent calls to me just to check in and always kept me informed of everything during the process. Jack is a credit to the company and a very nice guy. Thank you.

Good company I was just disappointed as I paid a holding deposit which I couldn't get back i knew this was the case but as I explained to them it was because of the corona virus and the application was for a shared house so i was just looking out for other people and I thought I would receive the same decency back.

I have always found Movenowproperties to strike a good balance between my interests as a landlord and those of the tenants renting my properties. This is important to me - I do not expect tenants to put up with conditions I would myself find unacceptable. Movenow understand this.and we generally enjoy a good agent / tenant / landlord relationship. Where problems have occurred, they have usually been resolved to my satisfaction.

Professional, friendly service - great as we were first time landlords. A little more focus on customer communication wouldn't go amiss, but overall a good service.

At first we had a few teething issues but these were sorted out. Over the past three years there have been no problems at all and we have been very happy with the property and the support from Amanda.
