I’ve just sold my house using the team at the Wetherby branch of Fine& Country/Manning Stainton. It was seamless from start to finish it took only 20 weeks ! Steve did a great job valuing my property, and totally got the uniqueness of the location which was reflected in the valuation. I felt secure he understood my requirements and the tight timeline was adhered to, enabling me to complete two weeks before the March30th deadline for the stamp duty holiday ( even though it was extended !) . I needed to be in and settled before the exam schedule started ( again lockdown affected that) but the team still worked hard, both James and Louise doing much of the chasing and following up elements to ensure we didn’t slip on the timings. It wasn’t made easier as I contracted Covid19, but despite that issue it was really a seamless process.
