Polite,professional and informative. Chloe, Georgie and Ann were involved with our purchase and answered any questions we had. We weren’t always available to answer phone calls but they still regularly updated us in any progress by leaving detailed and relevant voice mails and therefore didn’t require call backs when unavailable during call hours.
