Second time I've sold via Manning Stainton. They are most professional and helpful. Right from the very off... booking the valuation and prompt arrival of Louise to value to property set their service above and beyond the others I contacted in the area. While some others were either late or only stayed half an hour or showed little interest by contrast Louise from the Wetherby branch was on time and used the full hour and was very down to earth. She explained their service and walking me through their service brochure. I am pleased to say that must say that all follow up emails have been as expected and timely. Great proactive communication of viewing appointment bookings with text messages from James, phone calls with feedback on viewings from Holly and Angela. They really tailored their service to my individual circumstances and they really are working together seamlessly as a great team in the Wetherby Branch. Now I have a solid offer and I have been introduced to a dedicated sales manager Megan who has been equally great. I'd heard only positive things about Manning Stainton so when we had to sell our Dad's house, I contacted the Wetherby branch for a valuation. I was really impressed from Louise's initial contact. Louise came out and had a look around the property, giving her views and thoughts and how they could market it. Another estate agent also valued the house, but my gut feeling was to go with Louise. Having never sold a house before, we felt like everything was well explained and felt throuroughly supported through the process. Angela was brilliant at keeping us up to speed with viewings and how they had gone. In a week, we had accepted an offer.
