Everyone we dealt with at Manning Stainton Wakefield was professional and friendly throughout. They kept us informed at every stage and made the process really simple. Chloe was fab to deal with when it came to booking viewings and agreeing the sale (and happily answered all of my daft questions!)

I was genuinely so impressed with Manning Stainton. They are a fantastic estate agents. Everyone was really friendly in the Wakefield Branch and I felt from minute one that everyone actually cared and wanted to help. Millie at the start of the process was super friendly and helpful. Harry who visited my property to value and take the photographs was also really friendly. In 24 hours the brochure was complete and the property listed on the market. 3 days later I had it sold STC. I couldn’t praise them enough with how quick they were with this process. As part of the process, you are allocated a move manager. My move manager was Ann Rimmington. I can’t begin to speak more highly of her. The conveyancers in all parts of the chain were so poor, but Ann was able to chase them everyday and keep the pressure on to get things done. Her communication was excellent and I was always kept in the loop. She’s absolutely fantastic at her job and without her I don’t know if the chain would have survived. Overall, I couldn’t have had a better experience with Manning Stainton, and I would highly recommend anyone to use them for their next move. I know I’d use them again in a heartbeat if I need them, but I’ve hopefully found my forever home now!

I am not one given to writing reviews good or bad, but felt I had to take few moments to express my gratitude to Intercounty Saffron Walden & in particular, Karen Johnson. We had a very bumpy ride with my purchase of a property, but with fantastic communication, professional expediency, coupled with a faith that it would eventually happen, we got there.
