We have been extremely happy
We have been extremely happy with Fine & Country from the very start when Steve first visited us to appraise our property. We then met Louise and Molly who visited our property to familiarise themselves with our house so they could discuss our property effectively with potential buyers. Within 24 hours of instructing we had photos booked in and viewings confirmed. Within 2 weeks we had 9 offers and the process was completely seamless. Every part of the process was professional and efficient. Highly recommend the team.

Sale
From my initial meeting with Steve Riley, I was confident that Manning Stainton understood the local market and had suggested the correct price to market at. Signing up was simple and Angela was allocated to the sale. I found Angela very thorough and easy to deal with. She gave good advice and very clear feedback on viewings. She managed the timeline of the sale very well and I feel that the end result couldn't have been better. I also spoke with Louise, James and Molly, all very professional. I would have no hesitation in using Manning Stainton in the future.

Molly’s pleasant ,
Molly’s pleasant , helpful and very approachable manner have made her a delight to work with on our journey so far with ManningStainton. She is caring and considerate of our needs and requirements whilst providing fantastic service and good advice. Molly is part of a wider very supportive team in Wetherby all of whom are incredibly friendly and cooperative and this has made our experience to date very positive!

Molly has been great

Excellent
We were lucky to have Molly do the viewings on our home. The first viewing made an offer and we got another offer a couple of days after. Molly listened really carefully to all the things we thought would help sell our house (e.g. furniture placement options and things not visible to the eye). She explained these things in detail to the viewings we observed. She's a lovely bubbly character and was very receptive to our questions and calls. She has also shown us around a couple of other homes and was able to give us all the information we wanted. Molly clearly loves doing her job and it's been a delight having her sell our home. Thank you Molly.

We were very impressed with
We were very impressed with Manning Stainton from the start to completion. We were selling two houses and Steve valued both of them accurately. Angela then looked after us and she was very enthusiastic and professional. We also had dealings with Louise and James who were always helpful. Sarah Bailey was appointed as our move manager and kept us informed of developments. One of the properties involved a housing association and Sarah was very involved in making the sale happen. She was always upbeat even when things did not always go to plan. We would certainly use Manning Staintons again.
