Very recently purchased a property via MS and was very impressed. Ellie (Crowder) sorted everything out for us, nothing was a problem and did everything she promised.. definitely felt like she went above and beyond. I then met the other staff yesterday when picking up the keys and again they were lovely as well as professional.
