From the initial valuation with Steve, through to the marketing and viewings managed by James, and the sales management process looked after by Debbie, I have been most impressed with the professionalism and friendly approach of Manning Stainton. When the house was placed on the market, James' communication was nothing short of excellent; he managed the many viewings with ease and was diligent with obtaining feedback. He was sensitive to the personal circumstances of my sale and he was professional and approachable at all times. Once the house was sold, Debbie managed what was a difficult process (through no fault of Mannings) with the utmost care and professionalism. Excellent Move

Having sold our home with Manning Stainton Wetherby branch, we were passed on to our dedicated Move Manager, Debbie. She called promptly to introduce herself and explain what her role was. We accepted the offer in February and exchanged contracts in July. For 5 months, Debbie has been working like crazy to keep the process moving and keep all parties informed. Although we were only a chain of 2 parties, the process was not without complications and Debbie has been an absolute trooper, working her socks off to get us to where we are today - legally exchanged! If I were to sell again, I would use MS but I would specifically request Debbie for our Move Manager. I was a little tentative/neutral about MS up to this point but she has really made our experience so much more positive. I would also like to give credit to Debbie's colleague, Stevie (not sure if I spelled her name correctly, sorry!) as she helped us for a brief period during Debbie's annual leave. Both of these ladies are an absolute credit to Manning Stainton. I hope you both enjoy a celebratory drink for getting us over the line! You both deserve it. Thank you so much!

We have just sold our house with Manning Stainton(Wetherby branch). All the team acted in a very helpful and professional manner, but our agent, James, was absolutely fantastic! Friendly, efficient and incredibly understanding throughout. We have been recommending Manning Stainton for years, as our family love the non pushy, realistic, and knowledgeable experience that Steve brings. When you sign up with Manning Stainton, you are looked after throughout. It doesn’t stop when you get your offer! They have a sales team that take care of you for the rest of the journey. Our agent, Debbie was fantastic! I’m not sure how the agents are assigned to individuals, but it felt like they were personally picked, as the fit for our family could not have been better with James and Debbie.
