We are approaching our second let with Balgores in Upminster. The transition between the previous Tenancy and the new has been handled very professionally by Balgores. The Team especially Chris, have continuously kept us fully updated and the service we received throughout our first let made it an easy choice to go with Balgores again.

I would just like to thank everyone at Balgores Upminster for their hard work. I used them to help me sell my property and nothing was to much. They did my viewings for me and always kept me up to date. Even once we had a buyer Louise the sales progressor was always chasing my sale and the chain and kept me fully up to date on the legals, helping to push it through quickly. I used Balgores Upminster recently to sell my home and was thoroughly impressed with their service from start to finish. The brochure and pictures taken of my house were impressive and because of my need for speed they managed to get my house onto the market within 24 hours. I felt I was kept completely in the loop and updates and feedback were provided at all times without having to chase at any stage. The after care provided by Louise was brilliant and without her assistance I feel it could have turned out to be an extremely painful and stressful experience. So a big thanks to the whole team in Upminster but in particular to Richard, Kellee and Louise.
