Chris impressed us with the way he kept following up on the progress of our house hunting and letting service need. When the time finally came for us to start letting our property, Chris met up with us and offered a more reasonable fee, so we decided to use his service. Chris was originally our main contact, his service is outstanding - very professional and friendly. Chris is determined, hard working and helpful. Even our little boy likes Chris a lot! We also had dealings with Laurie and Toni, who were both professional at all times. The only negatives that we'd like to feed back are below: - certain things could have been better communicated to us: change of contact person in Chris's absence, some viewings not properly confirmed to us, contractor visit not discussed or arranged with us - once tenants were found and the referencing process started, we hadn't heard any update for nearly 2 weeks. We feel that more could have been done during this time to save time. Combined with the fact that our tenants' referencing had to take longer than usual (reason outside Balgores's control), this added a considerable delay to the start of the tenancy Despite those negative points, we still would definitely recommend Balgores as their service is outstanding otherwise, and we're confident that they'll take those feedback on board and improve.

My family and I can not recommend Balgores enough for their help to find us a rental property in Upminster, which is all due to the excellent service from Musi, who went above and beyond to give a professional, personal and seamless customer journey from start to end. Thanks

Right from day one when I called in to enquire to when I moved in, the experience was Amazing. Spoke to gentleman called Musi, he was very helpful with finding the right property for me, gave me numerous viewings to help in my decision making , even picked me up from the station on the day of viewing. To be honest, I was in touch with other letting companies but after receiving the service from Musi at Balgores, that was it for me. Made the paper work less stressful and very pleasant to talk to. 2 years ago I rented a property from Balgores. I gave it a 5 star as they were amazing. 2 years later I needed to move as landlord decided to sell. I didn't find a property through Balgores unfortunately but not through lack of trying. Laurie is amazing, she showed me one property after another, but wasn't 'home' and we were on a tight schedule so had to look at other agencies. Not her fault, given time she would have found the right property. Laurie is amazing, patient, great listener and she clearly loves not just her job but cares for the tenants and their needs. She is lovely as is Hanna,both have been amazing in different ways but in 2 years I have nothing but good to say about this branch from renting to inspections. I can only hope the new agency measures up but I doubt. Excelente caring service, thank you Laurie, it's been a pleasure knowing you.
