Balgores

Excellent service received from the mortgage adviser and team at Balgores. We were talked through initial mortgage options in detail, which was followed by a swift application once we found a property we liked. The team were always available to answer questions and dealt with our application promptly. Would highly recommend!

Brilliant experience. Found a flat on the Friday evening and had a viewing arranged for 9am Saturday morning, and it was taken off the market straight away when we said we wanted it. Chris has been a pleasure to work with, always friendly, helpful and proactive. Would highly recommend.

We found Mark to work very efficiently and quick responding to our quaries through out the process of finding property until moving in. He is very professional hard working even after office hours. Would recommend and use his service again. Thank you Mark.

I was a tenant in a flat let by Balgores in Upminster from March 2018 to August 1st 2019. Hannah Potter was the agent responsible for my flat. Hannah was very helpful with the many requests and enquiries that I made during the 17 months of my tenancy. I would recommend Balgores if you want to rent a flat.

We found Mark Claxton extremely professional. He did what he said he would. Kept us updated every step of the way and managed to assist in letting our property in a short space of time. Thanks Mark for all your help.

We dealt with Mark at the Upminster office and he was a great help throughout the process and and was always available to answer any questions that we had along the way, highly recommended!
