My experience with Balgores Upminster was a very positive one. I originally spoke to a helpful agent and explained that I wasn't looking to buy a property but to assist me with a re-mortgage on my current property. The other agents I contacted promised me calls back but I felt like I was at the bottom of their pile because I wasn't buying with them. I was then put in touch with Parmi and Vicky who are in the mortgages team, who responded to my calls and emails within 10 minutes of me contacting. They had exclusive rates with some great lenders and managed to save me over £250 a month on my previous mortgage. The paperwork process was very easy and the solicitors they work with were excellent, worth asking them for assistance with that too. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
