I recently found myself back trying to purchase a property, I'm on the wrong side of the mid 50's and was a little concerned about the availability of a suitable mortgage that would meet my needs and it needed to be of a competitive rate. Well my introduction to Balgores in Upminster, and particularly Parmi (Parmi is the in-house mortgage specialist) was like Manna from Heaven. She went to extraordinary lengths to find a suitable Lender.
