I recently found myself back trying to purchase a property, I'm on the wrong side of the mid 50's and was a little concerned about the availability of a suitable mortgage that would meet my needs and it needed to be of a competitive rate. Well my introduction to Balgores in Upminster, and particularly Parmi (Parmi is the in-house mortgage specialist) was like Manna from Heaven. She went to extraordinary lengths to find a suitable Lender. She found the first Lender, then explored the potential of several other lenders, with all sort of variables, 2 year fixed, 5 year fixed, 10 year......... on and on. Suddenly, several options were on the Table, no obligation was forced, I took the options home, explored the different scenarios, and arranged another meeting with Parmi. We discussed further agreed what best met my needs, and hey presto, I got what I needed. Approved by a Blue-Chip Lender & at a very competitive rate.
