Exceptional Service

We have now dealt with Maddisons on a couple of occasions and have always been impressed by the friendly, professional, personal and well organised approach of all those involved. With our recent purchase which came after we pulled out of another property that we had made an offer on through them, we have been looked after extremely well from start to finish by all those that we dealt with . A family run company, where everyone feels equally important, including us - just a little renter. As a self employed family with Universal Credit top up, proving affordability has always been tricky. At Maddisons you don’t hear “there’s nothing we can do”, you hear “well, we got to take you through the referencing somehow”. You’re just instantly at home at Maddisons, there’s trust, anxiety vanishes. Moving to a new town with small kids cannot be more daunting.
