Most impressed with the help, quiet professionalism and attention to detail of Gemma and her team at Kings. We have rented out our house via kings for over 2 years and they have consistently exceeded our expectations. As we live in Australia, having a partner look after our main asset in the UK is very important to us. After 5 months of our property sitting on the market we decided to switch to Kings and they sold it within a week! The quality of the photos was outstanding and completely original. I can only say positive things about working with Gemma, Tom and colleagues at Kings in selling my late parent's house. Right from our first contact with them, they stood out "head and shoulders" above the other agents we were asking for a valuation. Where others scribbled a price on the back of a business card or responded several days later, Kings emailed a detailed response the same day, despite it being a late afternoon valuation. Their fee was also highly competitive too. Both my sister and I had no hesitation in choosing them. The floor plan, photos and sales brochure / web site entries and coverage were efficiently organised and of very good quality. Kings soon got interest in the property, good numbers of viewings and before too long a serious offer. They helped all through the process, nothing being to much trouble and happy to promptly respond with any queries we had or guidance needed. Got the full asking price in a couple of days for what we already thought was a high asking price. The brochure was excellent with great photography.
