Lauren was very accommodating and helpful throughout the process, always available -one call away and responsive to my emails. She made sure that I was on track with the process and helped me chase the appropriate people involved in the sales process. Lauren also recommended solicitors, surveyors and builders when I needed them. She also shared the meter readings just before I moved in. Lauren also took measurements of relevant spaces for me to be able to order furniture/appliance with the correct measurements. She has been instrumental to purchasing my first home! However, I would also suggest that an orientation be given to the new property owner on/after the move-in: It took some time to look for the meters/stopcock but wasn't too bothered. Thank you Lauren!
