Kings Estate made the whole process very easy. Our contract signing was done digitally and we recieved a nice welcome pack upon moving in.

Read the reviews about Kings before we chose them - and wondered if they were '5 star' as the ratings showed - I can confirm: they are! Attention to all the details and a great, professional, value for money service - just what we were looking for in a Letting Agent. We will use them again!

Kings has always been very helpful and friendly, and I've been extremely happy with their service over the past eight years that I've been dealing with them.
Reply from Kings Estates - Tunbridge Wells: Thank you, Tom — eight years is a relationship, not a transaction, and it's one we value greatly. Here's to the next eight. — Kings Estates

What a fabulous service we received from Kings Estates. Over the course of our house purchase we spoke to many members of staff and every one of them was superb. Would highly recommend Kings Estates to manage your sale. A fantastic company.

Me and my partner got very far down the process with Kings Estates but ended up going with a different property. I was taken aback by the quality of the service, the transparency and the desire to do well by the tenants (us). You'll be in safe hands with these guys, highly recommended.
Reply from Kings Estates - Tunbridge Wells: Thank you so much for your lovely review regarding the service you received. That is very kind of you and it is a shame you have not become tenants of ours as we would have loved to work with such nice tenants. Wishing you all the best with your move.
Best wishes, Mike
This is the team of people you want to sell your house! I had an easy time dealing with kings estate, they really make sure that a professional job is done. From the first meeting to the sale they were on top of it making sure it was still moving. 10/10 would recommend to anyone
