I could not fault the service provided by Kings in finding me a tenant for my flat. As well as being a very professional, friendly bunch, they have good systems for keeping you updated on viewings and appointments and have the experience to vet prospective tenants and not always go for the “easy win”. I’d not hesitate to recommend them. Oh- their fees are reasonable as well.

Mike and his team have always found good, quality tenants and are not in the business of quick, easy lets. They are realistic on pricing but will always try and get the best price possible for their landlords. Feedback and communication is first class.
