It’s difficult choosing an estate agent as we do it so infrequently but, right from our first meeting, I knew that we had made the right choice. I was impressed by what you had to say about your agency and its services but also very impressed by you personally Gemma, such that I quickly concluded that I wanted you on my side in negotiations. You got things moving very quickly once we gave the go ahead and produced a very high quality sales brochure which brought out the best in the property.
