Jackson-Stops and Staff

JSS were incredibly helpful in our search for a new home, and not only this, but they were always transparent with information and Ellie in particular was very helpful in the period between agreeing and moving with any questions we've had. We've dealt with some rotten agencies in the past but JSS are not one of them, they have been very good and have been very good with helping any issues since we moved in.

We were really pleased with the service we got from all at Jackson-Stops, in particular Ellie who was not only helpful with the actual transaction (we were looking for a house to rent while ours was being renovated) but also entertained our children giving us time to look around the property properly. We would recommend Ellie and Jackson-Stops.

JSS, and Eloise most notably, found me what I was looking for, which was not simple as I needed a garden for a dog. Very helpful in negotiating with the landlord. The flat is very high quality and I've had no difficulties during my lease (long may it last). I would not hesitate to use JSS again if needed and would highly recommend them.

JSS has provided excellent services to us over the last six years. They have done a great job in finding the right tenants for our property and in their subsequent management. I would strongly recommend JSS letting department to any landlord who is looking for a professional and friendly letting/management service marco

We are very pleased with the level of service provided by JSS Teddington team. Our main contact Ellie Jones-Gray has been very helpful and very professional throughout all stages. Given our circumstances we highly appreciate how smoothly it went and the speed it's been dealt with. We can't wait to move in our new flat in January.

I've used JSS in Teddington for some 4 years now and very happy with the service provided to date. I would not hesitate in recommending JSS to anyone who is thinking of renting out a property. All of my tenants to date have been fantastic with JSS making the whole process very easy. A big thank you to Mark and the team!

Jackson Stops & Staff is the jewel of the High Street ! I was initially recommended to use this agency by a local tradesman & I haven't looked back! I have always received the highest customer service for both sales & rentals & the behind the scenes staff are awesome! In the management of my rental properties Mark & his team have gone the extra mile ( literally!) time & time again....... I would highly recommend this agency to anyone.

Excellent service. Everything managed extremely smoothly. Many thanks to Mark and Julia

Jackson Stops and Staff have excellent customer service, are very helpful and I do not hesitate in appointing them for my letting requirements.

Effective and efficient. We've used Jackson-Stops for many years and recommend them to rental customers.
