Simply superb service thanks to Ellie Jones-Grey. From beginning to end she could not have been more professional and helpful. She helped ensure that the process was as smooth as possible, and frankly, next time I am looking for somewhere, I know which Agent I shall be going to. The JSS operation in Teddington is first-rate.

A big thank you to Tom Ridgeway at J-S Teddington for helping me find a great rental property. Nothing was too much trouble and Tom was always available to answer any questions I had (and still have). I will no doubt use this branch again. Thank you!

Reply from Jackson-Stops and Staff: Thank you, Naomi, for your kind review. It was great meeting you and Hénry your French Bulldog. The offer of dog sitting is still very much available! We hope you have an amazing time in the flat and wish you the best. Kind regards, Tom and the Jackson Stops Teddington Team.

Finally an estate agent that actually really understands the market they are operating in and listens to their client!! Brilliant service from the lettings team at JSS - efficient, responsive, polite, knowledgeable, speedy, accommodating and personable. Seriously, don't bother going to any other agent in the area.

Reply from Jackson-Stops and Staff: Chiara, it was an absolute pleasure to meet you and your family. We are sure your tenants will love the flat! Kind regards, Tom and the Team at Jackson-Stops & Staff, Teddington
