Jackson-Stops and Staff

Thank you to Ellie at the Teddington branch, for helping me find my new home. Both friendly and professional service.

An excellent service from Mark Birch and team in lettings over the past 6 years. I would recommend without reservation.

We found it a very friendly and helpful estate agents. Elouisa helped us find our flat and we love it! Recommended.

Just a quick note to say thankyou for sensible service and for looking after my concerns as an inexperienced tenant. Ellie was a godsend. I am happily moved in! Thanks

As a landlord I've been with Jackson Stops for about 9 years and have been very pleased with the service they provide. They are both extremely friendly and efficient. When I had a recent problem in the flat I let out which needed resolving immediately they were there and I was so pleased and relieved that I had a team like JS managing my flat and very impressed at the way they all dealt so professionally with the problem. Thanks to Mark and all the team at JS.

Found Ellie extremely helpful and kept in contact with me throughout my search. Very impressed with her customer service and personal approach. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking to let in Teddington

Mark and his team recently let my flat in Hampton Wick before it had even gone to market and before the decoration had finished at the asking price. Couldn't be happier with the Tenant. Thank you and well done!

From our initial contact, down to the nitty gritty details, Jackson-Stops & Staff, specifically Elouisa Jones-Gray, have been an absolute delight to deal with. Completely defying the stigma of obnoxious and unhelpful agents, Elouisa went out of her way to put our worries to rest, to answer any and all questions we had, and to maintain an air of professionalism and compassion throughout. Never having to wait for more than an hour for a response over email was entirely new to us, and we were so pleased. We couldn't be happier with our experience, and in the future will endeavour to work with them for any future property searches we may undertake.

Massive thanks to Jackson Stops in Teddington. Probably the fastest letting on record in London! Great job by Mark and the team and particularly well led by Ellie. Top level service all round. Thanks again

JSS were really helpful to my wife and I when we made our move recently (April 2016). We dealt with Ellie throughout and she was thoroughly efficient and always available when we needed guidance. Would highly recommend using JSS to anyone looking for a professional and dedicated Letting/Sales agent. Thanks again Ellie.
