Richard was fantastic! Very personable, professional and communicative. He made the process of buying our home easy and his regular updates ensured we always felt included and informed in the process. We have dealings with a number of Old Town estate agents, and while it is a spectrum Richard was by far our favourite. We were always left with feeling that he really cared, something which is lacking in so many other estate agents.
