Richard from Miles Byron was a recommendation. My word! Richard has provided such an excellent experience in selling my property. I can certainly rate him as the best estate agent that has ever lived! I have sold a fair few properties in my time, however this experience was much easier with Richard acting for the property sale. That’s quite a compliment as estate agents often don’t have a good name. He was professional, personable, kind, honest, realistic and never ever stressed, even when I was stressed. It was like having a best friend selling your property, who was working just for you and making sure things were ok for your buyers too. Richard met the buyers on completion at the property. The price the property sold for was realistic and a very good price to have achieved. I wish there were more Richards from Miles Byron, but there can’t be as Richard is unique!!! Choose Richard from Miles Byron! You won’t regret it.

Excellent knowledge and service

We were recommended Miles Byron by a friend who had recently sold a house through them - we were not disappointed. Richard was honest on his first visit and did not give an inflated valuation, which we appreciated. He took his time in taking the photographs and video which were very professional. Throughout the period of our house being on the market the communication was very good, always providing feedback following viewings. Once a sale price was agreed Richard kept us up to date and informed. We would not hesitate to use and recommend Myles Byron. Thank you for making a house sale as stress free as possible.

I cannot recommend Richard enough as an estate agent! His incredibly friendly persona and level of professionalism is something everyone should strive for! His communication was another level and made the process so much easier for us! If I could buy houses every week I would use him every single time!

Exceptional & professional

We didn't have a straightforward sale as our house was over 400 years old, however Richard listened to all our knowledge of the house & took on board how best to market a "quirky" house. He was exceptionally professional and very honest (hard to find in this industry) he was upfront & knew exactly how to market it correctly and found us perfect buyers. Having sold a lot of houses before I will from now on not use anyone else, the personal service was outstanding & exceptionally professional.
