I've had quite a lot of experience with estate agents over the years, and I have to say that Richard has been the best. He is very knowledgeable about the local property market & thorough in his approach. I thought his presentation of the house was really excellent - the video to show to prospective buyers was amazingly professional. Above all though, he stayed in communication with me throughout the process & always answered anything I asked promptly and patiently.
