We had a great experience with Richard as the agent for our first home purchase. He facilitated multiple meetings and surveys etc with the sellers, nothing was ever too much of an ask. Most importantly he always kept us updated, even if no progress was made in the early stages, he did a check in call with me every few days. Sadly we had some unexpected delays on our side, but he never made us feel like we were at fault although the sellers were clearly frustrated.
