We met Richard back in March after a terrible experience with another agent and having to pull out from our first house purchase. Richard was more than accommodating of us, he was so flexible and his availability was amazing. He was able to put us in contact with solicitors and tradesman that could do work on the house. Richard is such a lovely guy and he is so passionate about what he does. I really wish him all the best in the future for himself, his family and his business. I've had quite a lot of experience with estate agents over the years, and I have to say that Richard has been the best. He is very knowledgeable about the local property market & thorough in his approach. I thought his presentation of the house was really excellent - the video to show to prospective buyers was amazingly professional. Above all though, he stayed in communication with me throughout the process & always answered anything I asked promptly and patiently.

We chose to use Richard of Miles Byron Estate Agents because we like to support small, local businesses. Meeting Richard for the first time, when he came to value the house, confirmed we had made the right choice. He is friendly, open, confident and extremely easy to talk to.
