It has been a pleasure selling my first home (and buying our future home!) with Richard. He made the whole process feel effortless, kept me updated at every step and was there to support me during the wobbles when it all felt a bit too daunting. Richard was a pleasure to deal with from first phone call through to the final completion. Setting a realistic price and taking amazing photos that were so much better than other agents we have used previously, really accentuating the space and scale of the property. He set up 10 viewings on launch date which generated multiple offers. Also the mortgage adviser he recommended was an absolute star. All in all Richard offers so much knowledge and experience and is very easy to deal with. A very friendly person, we would highly recommend Miles Byron to anyone.
