I’ve recently had the pleasure of meeting Richard, he really is the most genuine & honest person. He’s truthful about every property he shows you around and doesn’t dress anything up. He’s helpful right up to the end of the sale and genuinely cares that the property is right for the buyer. When the sale was completed he even went out of his way to get my boys treats. I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience and I’m truly grateful for everything he has done for us.

I can certainly rate him as the best estate agent that has ever lived! I have sold a fair few properties in my time, however this experience was much easier with Richard acting for the property sale. I don’t know where to start, Richard has been incredible from start to finish of a very difficult sale, due to circumstances and also the current market. Richard worked endlessly, and got the sale over the line finally. Nothing was too much trouble for him, including WhatsApp / calls late at night or at the weekend and putting my mind at ease through the intense waiting period for exchange.
