We have recently used Richard from Miles Byron to sell our home and could not recommend him highly enough. We initially invited Richard round to give us a valuation, and were unsure at that point if we wanted to sell or stay put. I immediately liked Richard. He was professional but friendly, clearly passionate about his job and most importantly respected our house as our home. Richard was very understanding around our uncertainty & kindly got everything ready for us to go live on the market, if/as & when we were ready, but there was never any pressure at all. When we found a house that we loved, Richard had us on the market and an asking price offer from cash buyers basically within 24hours!! This offer was also £30k higher than what another agent had suggested starting at. Richard also gave up an entire Sunday to do another 8 viewings for us. It has also been great having Richard as a point of contact to ask for advice with regards to our purchase. He gave so much good advice in terms of what to offer and even helped us to negotiate, contacting the agent directly on our behalf, to help us get the house at the right price.
