We accepted a full asking price offer within days of Dawsons marketing the property and luckily our buyer was very patient with the unexpected difficulties during the process (all down previous legal 'errors'). Special mention to Gemma who had the difficult and thankless task of liaising with all legal parties involved to finally get the sale over the line.
