Kelly and the Dawsons team were helpful and focussed on finding us a buyer. They gave feedback after each viewing, arranged for gas & electric tests and EPC and kept us informed of progress with the management company. They also provided a house clearance team. I would certainly recommend their friendly, expert service.

It's taken a long time but we finally sold our house with Garforth Manning Stainton. Throughout the sale the branch team have been helpful and supportive. Our sale was particularly complicated due to an unpleasant relationship breakdown. Emma has been absolutely amazing in getting me through the sale. She was proactive in trying to keep things on track despite various issues that came up with the sale. Emma has shown so much care and compassion towards me while I have struggled through this process. I really can't thank her enough. She went way above and beyond her role.

After a completely horrendous experience with a Stafford agent, we listed our family home with Webbs (C-Residential when we first signed up with them). Despite merging their businesses and moving their systems over, the service we received was excellent. Big shout out to Amy for answering my endless questions, and Rebecca in the Cannock branch who took over once we'd agreed a sale. I'd highly recommend Webbs Rugeley branch and would advise anyone in the Haywoods — or other local villages — to sidestep the Stafford agencies and put your trust in Amy and her team. Webbs are proactive — rather than reactive — and we really felt as though they earned their commission, rather than waited for a sale to fall into their laps. It was (thankfully) a complete contrast to our initial experience. Amy's knowledge and handling of my parents' house-sale really restored our faith in estate agents.

Had a wonderful experience with Sandra showing us around a property today. We’ve had a lot of experience with estate agents, from either looking to rent, buy, or living in a property that’s for sale with frequent viewings, and Sandra has been the best by a mile. It was refreshing to have such a friendly estate agent who knows so much about the property (when you’re usually met with “I’m not sure”), and she discussed in depth what you could do with the property on a human level without any forced selling, plus a bonus was she had knowledge of the area too. We previously sold our property with Manning Stainton in 2022 however did not proceed due to new homes would not complete in time and mortgage offer would expire therefore we pulled out. So we when Callum, the Branch Manager at the Garforth branch, reached out in December to offer a valuation, the timing couldn’t have been better.
