We previously sold our property with Manning Stainton in 2022 however did not proceed due to new homes would not complete in time and mortgage offer would expire therefore we pulled out. So we when Callum, the Branch Manager at the Garforth branch, reached out in December to offer a valuation, the timing couldn’t have been better. With both of us now in permanent working from home roles, we were naturally curious about the current value of our home especially as we were constantly browsing Rightmove and keeping an eye on the market for more useable space. From the beginning, the team were proactive, approachable and clearly knowledgeable about the local market as sold within 3 weeks.
