Dawsons - Swansea Marina - 5 STAR SERVICE

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Dawson's. My property had been listed with another agent for a long time with no positive movement. When I switched to Dawson's, everything changed. From the start to the end of the process, the team displayed professionalism. Thanks to new pictures, their client databases, and effective marketing, we quickly received viewings, leading to offers. Communication was always efficient, timely, and honest. I received regular updates via emails and phone calls, along with knowledgeable advice. Dawson's made the sale stress-free and managed it better than I could have expected. I have been a tenant with Dawson Marina office for 2 years and I have always received top quality support. They are always available and respond quickly to my requests. Their commitment to resolve any issue is absolutely outstanding. I've never found such a good Estate Agency and in particular I am most thankful to Alex and Laura, they are so kind, polite and super efficient. Extremely helpful team who have been incredibly patient and responsive to a number of queries throughout our tenancy. We have extended our stay mostly because of the agency and our agent Alex, who really helped us during our search for accommodation. As foreigners who just moved to the UK, we contacted every agency possible and Dawsons were the only ones that sympathized with our situation and helped us through a really challenging time. Highly recommend and good luck to anyone trying to find a place in Swansea (definitely need it)!

The Marina office team are definitely knowledgeable of the local housing market. Their expertise and help are second to none. It would be difficult to name a single member of the team because each one is courteous and helpful, prompt to help, if and when needed with the best possible advice : no matter if you are a landlord or a tenant. If you are either a prospective buyer, landlord or tenant I strongly recommend you to contact them and I am sure that they will have the best possible solution for you. I have been a customer for quite a few years and despite not living in Swansea I know that my listed property is well looked after and my tenant is and will be in safe hands, too.
