I completed within 2 months of my first enquiry right until getting the keys- 100% would use Webbs again. Communication is amazing, would let me view as many times as I wanted. They didn’t push hard for sales or money like some estate agents, easy to talk to, efficient. All team greets you when they walk in, they have a family feel about them (will support you with any help and questions you need- big or small without making you feel stupid or uncomfortable as a first time buyer) I also used Talbots Law Cannock for my solicitors- Rachel there is amazing, really quick response time, really helpful. Decent price too and they are linked to Webbs as well so speeds everything up in regard to communicating and completion and makes the whole experience less stressful Sophie is inside Webbs too she’s a mortgage advisor and is very knowledgeable. She’ll answer any question you have and got me my mortgage straight away with no troubles. Ang is thorougher, goes above and beyond for you. From the first moment I entered Webb's Agents to sell and buy the staff there are amazing, I felt welcomed they explained the process clearly. They were very good at finding and suggesting properties with the situation I was in and took everything into account. When my new place I have now came up for availability they wasted no time notifying me and arranging a view. Once I put my bid in and was excepted was just a waiting game but every step of the way the staff was with me, any question any concern I had they put my mind at ease they were great from start to end right up to the moment I had my keys. Codie was absolutely fantastic with the way she supported us through our house moves. Unfortunately, two houses we were buying fell through due to issues in the chain, but Codie kept us up to date with what was going on and she always kept on top of everything to ensure things happened as quickly as possible. The part year has been really challenging for us, we had a newborn baby and had to move into my in-laws house whilst we waited for our houses to complete. If it wasn't for Codie things would have been much harder to cope with. We are now living happily in our new house and we couldn't recommend her or the Manning Stainton Rothwell branch enough.
