We have just purchased a Marina property via Dawsons Marina Branch . The transaction was quite complicated and took nearly 7 months arrive at completion. Throughout the entire period Kelly and her team were absolutely dedicated to keeping both ourselves and the absent vendors informed of problems and progress every step of the way. Without their support and professionalism the transaction would have collapsed. We highly recommend the Marina Branch. Thank you Kelly Israel and her team.

Kelly gave me the confidence that I could sell at a decent price. After a short spurt of numerous viewings, Kelly achieved a good price. From start to finish, Dawson's felt like they were on the same team as me. They were professional, thorough, always available and saw me over the finish line. One flakey seller turned into a delighted customer. Well done gang. Highly recommend especially over other estate agents I had investigated.

I've had an exceptional experience with Dawsons Swansea Marina as my letting agency.
