I recently sold and bought a property with Dawsons, and the experience was absolutely brilliant. The selling process was outstanding – the photos were amazing, and the support and advice were second to none. The team kept me fully updated and provided same-day feedback after each viewing. Purchasing my new home was made incredibly easy thanks to Gemma and the rest of the team, who were always in touch and so friendly and caring throughout. I would highly recommend Dawsons.

Dawsons were brilliant from start to finish. From recommending an excellent solicitor to finalising all the arrangements at the property and everything in between. The communication was first rate through the whole process. I cannot praise them too highly with special mentions to Lisa, Jodie, Kelly and Selina who all contributed to a smooth sale process.

Highly recommend! Many thanks to Kelly and her team who managed to push through the sale of our leasehold flat. It was a complicated and protracted process taking 14 months in total. We accepted a full asking price offer within days of Dawsons marketing the property and luckily our buyer was very patient with the unexpected difficulties during the process (all down previous legal 'errors'). Special mention to Gemma who had the difficult and thankless task of liaising with all legal parties involved to finally get the sale over the line. We're not local to Swansea but I wish we had a Dawsons in our area as we really need their services. Thanks again, Jo & Tim.

I first made contact with Lisa Davies from Dawsons on 4 August with a budget and an idea of what I was looking for. She arranged the viewing of four properties on 6 August and my offer was accepted the same day. I subsequently dealt with Gemma and then Kelly as the sale proceeded. All three were highly professional and a pleasure to do business with. The sale went through in just two months and a few days and I have no doubt that all three were instrumental in making that happen.
