Professional and helpful
Everything regarding my experience in finding a property to rent through Dawson's was positive. I communicated with two members of staff, both of whom were kind, genuine and helpful in the manner that they approached their work. I would be entirely confident in approaching Dawson's if I were looking for a new property in the future.

Excellent ! What a team, always helpful, friendly and provide very good advice.
Leon &, Laura are a fantastic asset to the Branch, extremely customer focussed and friendly and very efficient too! Nothing is ever too much trouble. Danielle is also very helpful and friendly.

Responding to my enquiry re six month rental Swansea Marina

Efficient, Effective, Prompt, Reliable, Approachable and Customer Focussed
Laura has all the qualities listed above. If I want a job done I know that if I contact Laura it will be dealt with in a shorter than normal timescale.As a landlord that lives away from Swansea I know that our apartments are being managed by this office in a more than satiffactory manner.

Efficient, meticulous, punctual, understanding, business like, keen to please
I have been a landlord for many years but only since Jan 2014 with Dawson as agent. Very pleased with service so far and if it changes I will rewrite this review as I believe in the merit system where bad service should be punished. . Dawson's have been outstanding so far and I hope to stay with them as my agent indefinitely and I would recommend them very highly thius far.
