Good service during sale
Dawson's were supportive during a very lengthy purchase process that saw us waiting about 6 months to get the lease extension that we wanted. Overall the team was easy to communicate with and professional during the sales process. I never felt that they stood in the way of progress or slowed down the sale at any point.

Would like to see them again!
Very kind and sincere stuff. Whenever there were problems, they dealt with them with speed and flexibility. If I will come to live in Swansea again (which is quite likely) I would definitely ask them again.

Whilst we didn't buy a property via Dawson's, we feel obliged to mention the excellent customer service provided by Kelly Israel. She was undoubtedly the most professional and attentive agent we encountered. Kelly showed us four properties. She was prompt and knowledgeable, being able to respond to every question we asked about a property. She was immaculate in her personal presentation which always helps to project a professional and positive image. She was not pushy, allowing us time to deliberate privately, whilst always being available to assist. She has done much to eliminate a rather negative image of Dawson's that both my wife and I held. We will certainly return to Dawson's Marina office as we look to expand our modest property portfolio.

Fantastic service
This is the second time we have used this agent and we cannot fault the service. It was a struggle even booking viewings with other agents in the area but as soon as something suitable came available the agent contacted us to arrange a viewing. We dealt with Kim Jones who has been so helpful throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

Good communication and very helpful
My main dealings in the sale of my property have been with Lisa Davies and Vivienne Jones. Both agents were extremely approachable and friendly. They are proactive with communication and quick to respond to queries. Very satisfied with the level of service and professionalism involved in this process.

Outstanding, Caring, professional services beyond expectation
We have had quite a few dealings with estate agents over a thirty year period as we have had to buy and sell property seven times. Dawson's Marina take first prize for all the qualities you hope for in estate agents but rarely receive, i.e. Excellent service, competence, personal caring. We dealt primarily with Lisa Davies who became a mainstay for us in finding a property, viewing properties, and being generally helpful and kind. She even picked us up from our hotel and drove us to the property we eventually negotiated to buy when our car broke down. Viv, the manager of Dawson's, was also greatly helpful in talking to us on the phone, submitting our offer, and coordinating with our solicitor. They both proved to be quite exceptional in ther compassion when I became quite ill and had delays and difficulties in completing. So we are more than pleased and grateful and would recommend this branch of Dawson's to anyone.

Friendly helpful and knowledgable
Dawsons Marina office staff we have found to be helpful throughout our efforts as buyers to find a property suitable for our needs even though we are still discovering for ourselves exactly what we may require They have been helpful with suggestions and continue to be so. The agent Kelly Israel has been dealing with us and has been very efficient in arranging viewings providing additional information and making suggestions keeping us fully updated at all times
