We sold our property with Dawson’s in the marina, with the property having completed last week. Our property was under offer within 3 weeks! Cannot recommend the team enough. Aisha, Lisa and Kelly held the viewings for our property and were fantastic in both selling and their immediate follow up of the feedback from the viewings. Proceeding the offer, Kelly was our main point of contact and she was absolutely brilliant! We spoke on a nearly day to day basis regarding updates, and our flat took just under 3 months to complete! Kelly was fantastic in following up with our buyers and buyers solicitor, her help massive pushed this sale along.

We have been with Dawson’s Lettings for 2 Decades successfully renting out our flat. The staff at Dawson’s Marina were always efficient and professional with a friendly manner. We live away initially in Australia and now in Scotland so for landlords looking for a property management company that live away you will be in safe hands with Dawson’s Marina. They responded to tenants issues very efficiently and keep you in the loop while they resolve. Recently we sold our flat and Dawson’s took care of that for us also, from start to finish Kelly and her team were proactive and were on the case and we had updates.
