My main dealings in the sale of my property have been with Lisa Davies and Vivienne Jones. Both agents were extremely approachable and friendly. They are proactive with communication and quick to respond to queries. Very satisfied with the level of service and professionalism involved in this process.
We have had quite a few dealings with estate agents over a thirty year period as we have had to buy and sell property seven times. Dawson's Marina take first prize for all the qualities you hope for in estate agents but rarely receive, i.e. Excellent service, competence, personal caring. We dealt primarily with Lisa Davies who became a mainstay for us in finding a property, viewing properties, and being generally helpful and kind. She even picked us up from our hotel and drove us to the property we eventually negotiated to buy when our car broke down. Viv, the manager of Dawson's, was also greatly helpful in talking to us on the phone, submitting our offer, and coordinating with our solicitor. They both proved to be quite exceptional in ther compassion when I became quite ill and had delays and difficulties in completing. So we are more than pleased and grateful and would recommend this branch of Dawson's to anyone.
Dawsons Marina office staff we have found to be helpful throughout our efforts as buyers to find a property suitable for our needs even though we are still discovering for ourselves exactly what we may require They have been helpful with suggestions and continue to be so. I was looking to move somewhere within the Marina area and quite quickly. Laura made it so easy, and effort free that i had the keys in my hand within the week after the first viewing. After first meeting me, and showing me around 2 marina based apartments, Laura gauged my personality and taste down to a T. She told me about one apartment that was nearly ready for viewings and she would get in touch with me. A day later she managed to get me a viewing... it was perfect. I pretty much signed on the spot, after a slight negotiation on price. Everything fell in to place so easily that it truly was meant to be. She was pro-active and there when i needed her for queries or info and because of this we had the deal wrapped up in no time. So just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for your time and patience working with me, finding me my cute new home! I would totally recommend Laura Carver at Dawsons Marina - she's awesome!
Lisa Davies and Kelly Israel from Dawson's Swansea Marina office have been fantastic. I met them to view a property, but it didn't have all the features I was looking for. Lisa inquired as to what was my wish list and said there was a property coming on the market that I should see. When I viewed the property, I loved it and put an offer in which was accepted the same day.
