Laura Carver is brilliant and very friendly which is working in Dawson and very helpful

I have been working with Dawson over a year and nice to work with them but only they had some staff recently and I don't think they good as old staff. Also new recent staff needs to be more friendly and helpful to customer . Other than that overall really nice staff which is I know Laura and Lisa. also Emma but Emma not there any more and really shame she was really good to and was really helpful.

Dawson's the only people to deal with

I have been dealing with Dawson's for many years and find them faultless. Nothing is to much trouble for them. Each member of their staff are efficient and curtious. I personally would not put any of my properties with anyone else. Well done the staff, you are a credit to Dawson's. Regards, Linda Bishop

Continued improvement over the past 6 years.

I've noticed a steady improvement with the quality of service I have received from Dawsons over the past few years. Of particular note is the excellent and friendly service I receive from Laura Carver and also from Leon Atolagbe who both help to solve problems and issues quickly. .The check-out reports have also improved dramatically over the past few years and are now very comprehensive and are backed up by photographs. Statements are regular and accurate and overall I am happy with the service I receive.

Very effective sale of a difficult property

A sale of the flat was always going to be difficult in view of a dispute between the builder and the leaseholders. The flat was valued realistically in view of the difficulties, and Dawsons provided a skilful service in finding buyers who understood the nature of the sale. Some were clearly "bottom fishers", but an offer was accepted at the asking price. Dawsons helped to steer the sale to a successful conclusion. All staff were helpful and responsive, although sometimes a little reactive.

Do not have problems with all the staff. Service is good. Only issue is keeping me informed can be a bit of a hit and miss. Fortunately, emails are also sent to my mother in law who tends to be the one that forwards Dawson's correspondence to me.

Awful customer service from start to finish. We were given a dirty flat with live wires hanging out of the wall. When we raised this serious safety issue, we were unbelievably told to cut them ourselves. The flat smelled dirty and was advertised as “furnished,” which turned out to mean one two-seater sofa and nothing else. We had no hot water for the first three weeks, and every time we contacted them about it, they seemed irritated rather than concerned. For the final couple of months, we were forced to live with a leak coming through the ceiling. We had to replace buckets of water every single day, with no clear explanation of where the water was coming from or proper action taken. Overall, a completely unacceptable experience. Poor standards, unsafe conditions, and dismissive management. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.

All properties are required to meet strict safety and compliance checks, and any maintenance or safety issues reported to us are always logged and addressed through approved contractors. Our records show that maintenance concerns raised during tenancies are responded to and followed up appropriately, and we take matters such as electrical issues, hot water supply and water ingress extremely seriously. In relation to the matters raised we would like to clarify: 'live wires' noted were HDMI and Scart leads where a previous tenant had their TV on the wall, we believe you requested to fill the hole yourselves and your landlord agreed. In relation to the leak from ceiling - this was a block management issue which took time to investigate out of our control. The issue was resolved following your vacation. The property was professionally cleaned prior to your move in, upon your complaint the cleaner re attended promptly. The property was let as seen on viewing by yourselves. The limited hot water issue was dealt with within 11 days of being reported with ongoing repair work during this time.
