I'm currently in the middle of a searching for a property and thus far, my dealings with Dawson's and Aysha in particular have been fantastic. The information I've requested has been speedy and accurate, there is advice and experience in abundance and a friendly and bubbly estate with whom to view properties has been a bonus. I am confident in concluding what has been a stress free search in the near future.

Extremely helpful team who have been incredibly patient and responsive to a number of queries throughout our tenancy. We have extended our stay mostly because of the agency and our agent Alex, who really helped us during our search for accommodation. As foreigners who just moved to the UK, we contacted every agency possible and Dawsons were the only ones that sympathized with our situation and helped us through a really challenging time. Highly recommend and good luck to anyone trying to find a place in Swansea (definitely need it)!

The Marina office team are definitely knowledgeable of the local housing market. Their expertise and help are second to none. It would be difficult to name a single member of the team because each one is courteous and helpful, prompt to help, if and when needed with the best possible advice : no matter if you are a landlord or a tenant. If you are either a prospective buyer, landlord or tenant I strongly recommend you to contact them and I am sure that they will have the best possible solution for you. I have been a customer for quite a few years and despite not living in Swansea I know that my listed property is well looked after and my tenant is and will be in safe hands, too.

I sold my house through Dawsons Marina office. From the beginning I found the staff, Aysha, Lisa and Kelly, all very professional and easy to communicate with. They always informed me of any viewings or any developments in the sale. They also liaised with the conveyancing solicitors and kept me informed of any progress. I was really impressed, and would definitely recommend Dawsons to anyone thinking of selling or renting.

I had such an incredibly high level of customer service and professionalism from the team at Dawson's. Laura and Alex couldn't do enough for me whilst I was looking for a rental in the marina. Always so friendly and welcoming- lovely to meet people that care so much about their jobs. After I moved in they checked in on me to make sure I was OK. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I'm back in the UK visiting my parents who have had multiple dealings with Dawsons Swansea, and I've tagged along a number of times now. They've always been incredibly helpful and approachable. Each time I've joined them for viewings Aysha has accompanied us, and she's been an absolute delight. Today in particular; we needed to get into a property that closes this thursday, but we needed measurements for a furniture auction today, and she found time for us and got us in, even with the short notice. My parents swear by them, and if I were to buy here, I would 100% go with them too.
