I rent from Dawsons (Marina office) they are polite, professional and great at communicating with me. I’ve had a few issues with my property but all have been swiftly Addressed and resolved. I rent with the knowledge that should I have any issues, I know these will be addressed and dealt with professionally in a timely manner.
It is not long since Dawsons took over Marina and SA1, but - so far- I have found everyone at Dawsons to be very friendly, helpful and communicative... The only thing I would mention, however, is I am waiting on feed-back from an Inspection which should have taken place early June with Marina & SA1 - and I am still not sure if this Inspection (the 2nd Quarterly) has indeed been carried out, as of now?
We sold our apartment via Dawsons. Initially Lisa marketed the property and following the receipt of an offer on the property a few months later, the sale was managed by Viv Jones. Whilst the sale took longer than expected,with delays from various Authroities and management Companies, I found both Lisa & Viv very patient and helpful. They managed the sale efficiently, keeping me informed of all developments and giving matters a helping push when necessary. I was very pleased with the service offered by Dawsons.
