I'm currently in the middle of a searching for a property and thus far, my dealings with Dawson's and Aysha in particular have been fantastic. The information I've requested has been speedy and accurate, there is advice and experience in abundance and a friendly and bubbly estate with whom to view properties has been a bonus. Aysha went out of her way to do her viewing with us, gave us some great advice with regards to home buying. Answered all our questions. Would highly recommend Aysha at Dawsons for looking for the right properties. Made the viewing very enjoyable too.

Used Dawson's estate agents in the marina office after flat sale fell through with another agent. Sales consultant Lisa arranged two viewings within two weeks an offer on the flat was accepted. unfortunately after several months the buyer backed out. Lisa quickly arranged more viewings and the flat has now been sold. all through the procedure of selling flat I was continually kept informed of progress and if Lisa was not available other sales consultants updated me throughout sale very efficiently run agents Thank You

I contacted Dawson's to view properties at Swansea Marina and had the pleasure of dealing with Aysha Abbasi in the Marina office. The service I received was exemplary and Aysha's enthusiasm knew no bounds. I compiled a list of properties and she modified her schedule to include as many properties as physically possible to view in about 3 hours Aysha has been a colossal help and a treasure to deal with and I would recommend her to anyone wishing to look for a property in Swansea.
