I was looking to move somewhere within the Marina area and quite quickly. Laura made it so easy, and effort free that i had the keys in my hand within the week after the first viewing. After first meeting me, and showing me around 2 marina based apartments, Laura gauged my personality and taste down to a T. She told me about one apartment that was nearly ready for viewings and she would get in touch with me. A day later she managed to get me a viewing... it was perfect. I pretty much signed on the spot, after a slight negotiation on price. Everything fell in to place so easily that it truly was meant to be. She was pro-active and there when i needed her for queries or info and because of this we had the deal wrapped up in no time.
