I was impressed with the way that you arranged 9 viewings on 1 day to maximise efficiency. I was also impressed that Lisa remembered me from over a year ago just from my name when I rang to discuss putting the property on the market.

I can't recommend Dawson's highly enough. Throughout possibly the most complicated and tricky sale ever they really went the extra mile to keep things moving, were always there with suggestions to make things easier, and never gave up until the sale eventually came through. Through their local knowledge and dedication it eventually all worked out. For any sale, but especially if you're looking to sell an empty property many miles from where you live, use Dawsons!

Both viv and Lisa were amazing , we originally put our property up for sale with other online agents, my advice don’t!! Go straight to Viv and Lisa, they know the market and within days of us putting the property in their hands they secured the asking price!! We were amazed and very grateful and delighted with their personal service, we are completing on Friday, thanks to them! I can’t the other enough! Thanks again both

Aysha from Dawsons (Marina) today was lush. Spoke to Lisa on the phone who lined up 2 viewings back to back at a time I wanted, which I thought was amazing. And thanks to Viv, who sorted out a 3rd viewing for the day, back-2-back with the previous 2 viewings. Aysha made the viewings enjoyable, with ease, and any questions I had were answered. Any she was unsure of were chased up with a phone call later that afternoon. Insightful and supportive.
