So happy I chose RMJ. There customer service is second to none and they can not do enough for you to make the process smooth. Harry who initially came out gave us all the information we needed and true honest figures, rather than dreams we had from others. To the house viewings ( thank you Callum) being taken care of and then to Tammy, Jade and G who can't do enough to help. Great service would definitely recommend and will use if I ever move again. The real stars of Robinson Michael and Jackson are Michelle and Tammy. They were extremely helpful throughout the 7 1/2month long process of purchasing our new property. These ladies continually chased and updated us frequently whilst having to navigate politics of said vendors who were seperating, which wasn't an easy task I can assure you, with a slow incompetent solicitor (Vendors) to boot. Thank you for frequently reassuring us. It was the only thing keeping us patient and enabling us to succeed in purchasing our forever home. To add also, Nancey was helpful in arranging our viewing of the property we have just purchased. As that it self took 3 weeks to view after one viewing was cancelled.
