I would like to start by saying how fantastic RMJ customer service was. I read a few reviews before marketing with them and wasn't too sure but when I had Kieran come out to see me he was very professional and honest. They over achieved my expectations and I couldn't thank them enough ! I would come back and use them again , Thanks to the whole team at RMJ !! :)

Professional friendly service. I have just sold two houses with RMJ Strood during this process I have dealt with most of the staff in this branch and without exception they were friendly, professional, always smart and absolute experts in their field. We were kept up to date with a weekly call and report and a member of RMJ staff accompanied every potential buyer taking the stress away from us and removing any embarrassment from any potential buyer. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

A game of two halves. On the sales side, we had a sluggish start with a trickle of viewings. We agreed to reduce the price and we sold at the new asking price. The separate post sale "chivvying" team proved tenacious and persistent. Inching us towards completion against a background of complications including conveyancer stubborness over a complication in the deed transfer, a death (of the vendor on whose behalf we administered the sale) and further problems getting past the aforementioned complication. A wild ride in our experience, we recommend because of the chivvying, post sales team.
