The entire team were great but especially Michelle their sales progressor.. Unfortunately our first house purchase was a lengthy one (through no fault of RMJ). Michelle was patient, calmed me down and reassured me throughout, even though I was probably her most demanding customer who worried about everything. She went over and above her role to chase the seller and other third parties and I felt she was genuinely happy for us when it was all complete (although probably happy to get rid of me lol) Have already recommended them to others looking to buy/sell and if we ever move we will definitely use them.
