Total waste of tome, offer you a property, I paid all fees, deposit and even first months rent, arranged a move in date, hired a removal van, then the day before I was due to move, a Northwood employee phoned me and said I couldn't move into the property because there was a major damp issue, this was bot acceptable as the house had been empty for a few months, so this work should have already been done.
