For the prices they're charging, the rooms should come with a proper wardrobe, not just cloth rails.

Very disorganised firm. Often have to resend emails two or three times to get a response. As well as this they often hide many things behind their contracts and never provide clarity. They were very good at the start of the process but seems as soon as they had taken my money they started to mess me around and be very unreliable.

Absolutely shocking. No straight information, no clear instructions, unmentioned fees, very unhelpful and completely incompetent staff.

Used for student accommodation. Wasn't cleaned when we moved in with dirty socks, used Covid tests, an open pack of peanuts and general clutter everywhere, then tried to take £300 off the deposit for cleaning that would never get done. After going through the TDS got almost all of our money back.

Message for parents considering using this company for student lets in stoke on Trent, avoid! This company did not respond to any requests for repairs whilst my sons were in the property or ignored requests for considerable time. The tenancy ended and then they did not return the deposit leaving it til the last day (7weeks later) before they would be forced to return the deposit under the tenancy deposit scheme to then inform that they were keeping £1000 of the deposit. What a scam organisation this is.

Very sarcy tone in the emails when we try and get something fixed/sorted in the house. Very impersonal and commercialised service and empathy nowhere to be seen

This company is a cancer, useless staff in the offices who do nothing but sit around collecting their wages, the houses are in beyond disgusting conditions, I was sick the whole time living there until I left (coincidence?? Nah) and they will do not a single thing about anything at all. Don’t be fooled at all by their one dimensional mundane personalities and their too good to be true cheap prices.
