Your concern seems to be centered purely around the fact that your deposit may not be refunded, so I wanted to just clarify our process for you. At the end of every tenancy, we fully inspect houses and compare the condition to that when tenants move in. We only withhold monies to pay for genuine repairs or cleaning, and this will all have been sent to your daughter along with photographic evidence. Our deposits are securely held and fully protected, and your daughter is more than welcome to raise a dispute if she feels that our deductions are in any way unfair or unjust.
