If you see a house listed with their Slough branch, set aside a few quid to slip into Lee Henry's pocket, otherwise you have no chance of getting a property with them. Absolute Sc*mbag
Really dissapointed with the property management service at Ashford, Middlesex. It feels like you are actually bothering them, when you chase things. Next thing you know, you've got a different property manager with no clue about what your problem is. And you start again. Rarely seen a service this bad, really dissapointed.
I would never use frost ever again They ignore there tenants and just want money very unprofessional and just lie and don’t care at all about anything but making money I’ve had major damp in a property of theres for over a year and is getting worse and all laura Woodward does is ignore even environmental health are being ignored by frost John frost you must be so proud of your incapable staff
(Ashford) - Avoid at all costs.. They have absolutely no clue what to do about anything in the property and had left us strapped for cash at this horrible time for many. It had been a month since we left the property and still no deposit back and lots of messing us around. The landlord was a priority over us tenants at Frost which is a disgrace. They wanted us to pay for a deep clean when in fact it was agreed that we won't as we had to clean the place up ourselves. I even paid and put in a brand new carpet as black mould was everywhere and we were ignored on various occasions. Update: it is now Monday 23rd November 2020. Frosts Accounts team were contacted teice by two seperate frost colleagues who were ignored with no update. We have now been left without a penny and had to get a new tenancy elsewhere so am now struggling due to paying a deposit for new place. This is no way to treat customers past and present during a pandemic. Just pay our deposit back please so I can pay our bills!
Worst estate agency I have to deal with -Feltham branch. Their admin process is terrible with a worst manner you can expect from the agent. I suggest you to invoice first if you'd like to get paid. If you'd like to call, admitting your admin error and apologizing would be better way of approaching rather than saying you were going through the list of bad debt! Certainly not the agency I'll use next time.
Had a dreadful time with Frost, who paid little attention to our needs in the property. Would give zero stars if possible. When we moved in, the lock on the bedroom window was broken and the property could easily be accessed by anyone, seeing as it was a ground floor flat. We informed Frost about this on several occasions, but it took months for them to repair. During this time we went on holiday for two weeks and were told by one member of the Frost team, "don't worry, if someone breaks in and steals things, it will be landlord's responsibility to replace your stuff." We had to create a short term solution ourselves to ensure our property was safe. It was a far from reassuring start to life in our new place and our problems didn't end there. Our flat was advertised as 'long term rent' when we moved in, but was put up for sale just four months after we moved in and, once it was eventually sold, we only found out because of a picture in the shop window in the high street. No one called us to inform us that we needed to begin looking for a new place to live. Then, once we had moved out, they tried to charge us £30 for a metal fixture in the bathroom that was already there when we moved in, as well as letting someone enter the property to perform an electrical survey without our permission while we were still technically renting the flat, but after we had moved out. This doesn't seem like much of an issue, but said electrical survey was conducted before the date of the check-out inventory and, as the electrician left the carpet in a state, we had to pay £90 to have it professionally cleaned. Frost claimed there was no way we could prove it was the electrician and not ourselves who had caused the mess. We moved out in October, but only managed to get our deposit back today, after intervention from the tenancy deposit scheme, after Frost were willing to offer the landlords until the end of January - a whole three months after our move out date - to even sign the deposit release agreement. Any claims raised with the tenancy deposit scheme have to be made within three months of moving out of a property, so had we waited and still not received our deposit, we'd have been unable to seek their help. Renting from Frost was more or less a total shambles from start to finish and we're glad we no longer rent one of their properties.
Unpleasant demeanour. To be avoided at all costs. Pooja is not an easy interaction and lacks fundamental human skills. Their fees are high and delay in communication is very noticeable. I cannot recommend avoiding enough
If you're a renter and you can avoid using Frost then I'd recommend you to go elsewhere. They very much support a landlord over you. It has just taken us over 6 weeks to get our deposit back because the landlord stopped replying to the estate agents. Instead of the estate agents releasing the payment they wanted to give the landlord 3 months from after the date we moved out before they would give us our money back. Even though we told them this wasn't acceptable it wasn't until we got the Deposit Protection Scheme involved that we actually heard back from Frost. We found out that the flat we were renting had been sold by a sign in the estate agents window - which was really distressing. Turns out the Landlord had asked them not to tell us because they wanted us to stay in the full contract, which would have meant we would be moving out on the 20th December. When we pointed it out to the estate agent what a bad time this would be for us to find a property to move into they were like 'Yes that would be a terrible time to have to find somewhere' . . . obviously not terrible enough for them to think it was worth letting us know. Also if you're a Landlord you might want to think twice about using Frost - there were times when I genuinely believe that the landlord had ok'd for work to be done but Frost had such a little handle on things that this took months to sort out. Our property wasn't secure for 2 months due to wrong parts being purchased and contractors 'forgetting' and then Frost claiming that they never knew about the issues even though there were multiple email trails - It was even flagged by the inventory clerk on entry! But dear Landlord, I wasn't to worry because 'if your house gets broken into the Landlord is liable'. Also if you're a landlord selling your property through Frost and it's a property that is currently tenanted, be aware that Frost wont always be leading the viewings, if they find out the tenants are in then it will be the tenants showing your potential buyers round! We were rung up and asked to show people round so many times and we could have so easily have lead these viewings and put buyers off. This is my first google review - but I really felt I needed to warn people of what a terrible time I have had with Frost Partnership and if I could save anyone the grief I thought it was worth it.
Very poor customer service nd agents are very rude. We been there to discuss our properly issue but they are not helping us to solve issues. Nd behave like unprofessional. 😡😡😡 …
