Awful agency. Terrible communication, follow up and strong lack of human emotion. Are highly incapable of effectively communicating with landlords, huge delays in correspondence and terrible at dealing with tenants in a respectful manner. Too iterative, overpriced for value and would strongly advice to avoid if selling, buying or renting your property through Frost.
If you're a renter and you can avoid using Frost then I'd recommend you to go elsewhere. They very much support a landlord over you. It has just taken us over 6 weeks to get our deposit back because the landlord stopped replying to the estate agents. Instead of the estate agents releasing the payment they wanted to give the landlord 3 months from after the date we moved out before they would give us our money back. Even though we told them this wasn't acceptable it wasn't until we got the Deposit Protection Scheme involved that we actually heard back from Frost. We found out that the flat we were renting had been sold by a sign in the estate agents window - which was really distressing. Turns out the Landlord had asked them not to tell us because they wanted us to stay in the full contract, which would have meant we would be moving out on the 20th December. When we pointed it out to the estate agent what a bad time this would be for us to find a property to move into they were like 'Yes that would be a terrible time to have to find somewhere' . . . obviously not terrible enough for them to think it was worth letting us know. Also if you're a Landlord you might want to think twice about using Frost - there were times when I genuinely believe that the landlord had ok'd for work to be done but Frost had such a little handle on things that this took months to sort out. Our property wasn't secure for 2 months due to wrong parts being purchased and contractors 'forgetting' and then Frost claiming that they never knew about the issues even though there were multiple email trails - It was even flagged by the inventory clerk on entry! But dear Landlord, I wasn't to worry because 'if your house gets broken into the Landlord is liable'. Also if you're a landlord selling your property through Frost and it's a property that is currently tenanted, be aware that Frost wont always be leading the viewings, if they find out the tenants are in then it will be the tenants showing your potential buyers round! We were rung up and asked to show people round so many times and we could have so easily have lead these viewings and put buyers off. This is my first google review - but I really felt I needed to warn people of what a terrible time I have had with Frost Partnership and if I could save anyone the grief I thought it was worth it.
Frost, as COLD as their name. Viewed a property through Pooja Shah. Do not trust this lady at all. She showed us the property with 0 enthusiasm. It was as if she'd come to a funeral. Never gave out any paper work or her card. " She couldn't care less " kind of attitude. We liked the property and went ahead and put a deposit down. I asked her if they'd take the property off the market since we've put down a deposit down. Her response was that they wouldn't. The excuse given was that clients in the past have messed them around hence it will still be advertised. I said what if someone comes along with a better offer in the mean time? She responded that we would be given priority. This was a complete and utter lie. Credit checks came back perfect. We were sent a draft copy of the contract. I highlighted a few points which were over ruled. I didn't bother much and wanted to proceed. One of the points pointed out in the draft contract was, " no pets allowed ". I emailed Pooja and told her to remove this clause as the advert clearly says in BOLD letters " PETS WELCOMED ". Pooja asked if we were bringing along any pets. I told her we had a couple of parrots that were caged. She replied back stating that we did not mention this before so she will need to consult the landlord. I was quite content it would not make much difference since the add stated in clear bold letters " PETS WELCOMED ". I was completely shocked when I received the response. It said that the rent would increase by £100 a month and the deposit would go up from six weeks to eight weeks. This is for having a couple of caged parrots?? Imagine if we had a dog or a cat. The rent would probably double! To diffuse the situation I told Pooja we would not be bringing along any pets and want to proceed as normal. She stayed quiet for 3 days and did not respond back to my numerous emails. Just a week before our potential moving in date she told me that the landlords have decided to move back in themselves. I clearly knew this wasn't true so I contacted the other 2 agents advertising the same property to see what they had to say. I was told by Ashburns that the landlords are renovating the property. The property had been completely renovated as we had viewed it already through Frost. I approached the landlords and was told they had received a better offer of a years rental paid up in advance at £2400 per month. That's £28,800. I also found out that Pooja is managing 5 other properties for the same landlord. I called Pooja and asked her whether these new tenants were through Frost. She told me they weren't. I drove past the property two days later and noticed both Ashburn's and Romans rental boards were taken off. To my surprise Frost's board was the only one there and had the words " let agreed " under it. This clearly showed what Frost's reputation is and how reliable and professional they are. I am going to raise an official complaint and take the matter right up to the Ombudsman Service.
Rude and unprofessional. Pooja Shah is very bad at her job and should be sacked immediately. Her phone manner is so bad that Forst Partnership need to hire real ARLA Staff. She is NOT ARLA qualified. So Forst stop lying as a business. Show all your staff on line as ARLA qualified. I will report you to the PRS, property redress scheme and property ombudsman. Slough stay away from this business

Made an offer higher then the value the property was sold for, was told by a lady the property went for way over the initial price only to see it 6months later in the previous sales for less then what i had offered! Was told i would be getting a response to why this happened, 6days nothing, im writing this.

Following contact further with the client I have now removed the post . Thank you for updating me
Just the worst experience I've ever had with an estate agent. Incredibly uncommunicative, slow in responses, inaccurate in information and rude.
