The worst services ever. First they ask for holding deposits and when that is paid they back off at the last minute. Highly disappointing and not recommended at all.

Avoid This Agency – Poor Service and Unresolved Issues I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. Over the course of a month, we dealt with a severe water leak in the property, which was not addressed despite multiple complaints. The living conditions were unacceptable. Additionally, they withheld our deposit without providing clear justification. The terms in the contract were confusing and did not seem fair to us as tenants. I would strongly recommend others to be cautious and avoid this agency if you value clear communication and good service.

⚠️Pigeon droppings @Vanburgh Court⛔️ A few months ago, we moved into Vanburgh Court Flat and found that there were pigeons and their droppings on the house's balcony a few days after we moved in. We notified Frost Pooja Shah in this respect by phone, email, and in person. Despite multiple reports, nothing was done. We eventually made the decision to leave the residence. Then we made our move. They disregard tenant concerns always. I will never recommend Slough Frost Agency.

Very bad. Frost Slough are asking for minimum 54000/Anum salary to pass the reference to rent a property. Blaming the reference checking agency and landlords but hiding the fact that they are the one who promises and increases the expectations of landlords to scam and attract. When I insisted to check with landlord they got rude and said if tenants cannot afford to pay rent after property is let then insurance company will pay the rent. When asked low long then they refused to answer and put the phone down.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback – all feedback is appreciated and helps us improve our service and procedures. However having looked into the points you have raised I feel our procedures were followed correctly. As a letting agent we need to ensure that a potential tenant is in a financial position to pay the rent and to do so we use an external referencing company that will confirm your actual earning and that there is no adverse credit history. When a tenant contacts us to register we ask certain questions to check that you will pass the referencing criteria. As with many agents any potential tenant/s will have to demonstrate that they earn 30 x the monthly rent. When you were asked this question the information you gave was substantially below that level and it would have been wasting all parties time in showing you any properties. I am sorry we were not able to assist you with your search for a property. Kind regards, The Frost Partnership

They call you ,book an appointments. And don’t get back to you on appointment day ,don’t even bother to pick your call. Please don’t waste your time .Never have i ever had such a bitter experience like today .worst customer services ever .
