I have to visit oulsnam & other estate agents for my Job. Very nice in there.
We recently purchased our first house through Quealys. During the initial viewing we had a full 30 mins - 15 mins more than all other estate agents gave us in this strong sellers market! MUCH nicer to deal with than the majority of other estate agents. Following acceptance of our offer emails were always answered promptly. Our 2nd sales progresser, Lyndon, was fabulous, he took over near the end just as exchange was falling apart due to complications further up the chain and during a very stressful time. He was brill at keeping us updated, helping to fix the issues and providing some advice my solicitor had neglected to do for us. He was understanding of my concerns and worries and gave me realistic expectations. Thanks to him exchange then went ahead! Staff were happy to welcome my dog into the office when we picked up the keys on completion day. Minus 1 star as our offer was accepted 1st Feb, our sellers had a deadline of 24th June, this deadline wasn't communicated to us until mid-May (by the sellers themselves) after the original sales progresser had told us it was "likely to be July or August" when we asked for a rough ETA in April, which means we had to extend our rental agreement. Had we been aware of the June deadline we would not have done this and saved ourselves 2 months rent.

Only Just recently started to use Quealy and Co as an agent as I am viewing property in the Sittingbourne area and have to admit to being extremely helpful and professional. Our Agent Annabelle Fairchild was pleasant friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all the properties.I Look forward to dealing with them. K Yorkston
A family member is trying to sell their property (82 Reams Way, Kemsley, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME102GD). On the advert on their website they have a "Hyperlink" button for a "Buyer's Report". This allows a "potential" buyer to see the advert in the style of a "report" showing everything about the property in a PDF document, including Energy Efficiency, Local Amenities and Transport Links etc. However, the document downloaded is showing the wrong property. This would "put-off" any potential buyer's. We have contacted their office multiple times and was told they would pass the message on to 'Sam'. We never heard back from Quealy. So we "acted" as a potential buyer and submitted an online form about the property and "surprise-surprise" we got a call within 2-3 minutes from........ you guessed it, Sam. Head in the sand? Or something else? Either way, the issue of the "Buyer's Report" has been like this since 11 May 2026. We only noticed this issue out of curiosity of why the property might not be selling. In all fairness, its not the sole contributor to why it isn't selling, but it highlights another company that is reliant on automation to do their jobs without double-checking the final product. Rookie Error to say the least.
Very disappointing response from the Manager when attempting to obtain a valuation to rent out property, After another very helpful member of staff had arranged for a valuation to be done the manager decided to cancel this and look for comparables instead quoting prices from 2 years ago. Bad attitude and service sadly this is what gives estate agents a bad reputation.
My wife and I were disappointed, with service, as we did a lot of viewings ourselves.we showed our buyer around, because no one was available. This happened several times, we feel we did estate agents job without being paid, we also did negotiating price, as each time we dealt with Michael he wanted us to drop our price.
