A four star because as a buyer we found it difficult early in the process to get viewings. Their viewing agents were polite and friendly, Mark in particular who was always a pleasure to deal with. Lee was good to deal with once we had found our property, quick to respond and deal with any queries. Also a big thanks to Lucy who did a really good job keeping the chain on track when issues arose.

David provided a very personal service and followed through our property purchase closely. It was nice working with the ByDesign team. Recommend.

The firm, under David Gibbs, conducted all the viewings at times that were convenient to potential buyers - even if they were out of office hours - and kept us fully informed at all times of the offers and sales process and were constantly vigilant in chasing up the buyer’s solicitor to keep the sale progressing. Pleased with Quealy overall but not apex law solicitors that they recommended as communication was not good didn’t call back when asked about a query and even harder to get through to anyone on the phone would often ring and ring and then cut off this is not acceptable when trying to deal with selling a property and unable to visit solicitors to ask a question as they are based in Bexley heath . word of advice use a local solicitor

Qualey are a great company to work with, the staff are helpful, informative and professional. However, dropped a star as the legal team they recommended were shocking and would not recommend using APEX Law.

They gave us good advice on the marketing potential of our property and the promotional material published was professionally done.
