I am currently in the process of selling through this agent and to date I have found them extremely helpful, informative and, when I lost an initial buyer, extremely pro-active in arranging further viewings and securing another sale. I have found all of the staff to be helpful and informative. They have actively been in touch at all stages and are very quick to return calls if they haven't been available,. I met with a few agents before selling and found that this agent were straight talking and also had very good knowledge of the area/properpty types.

Easy to scan through your documents and decision making but after you have gone through this with the estate agent and having to find all your documents again to scan through it gets annoying asking you the same questions and documents estate agent already seen.

It was a straight forward process that makes the vetting simple and builds your confidence at the end of day that technology saves time
